Camels, Emus and A Kangaroo or two

Best campsite on Lake Pamamaroo

Following their trail again

Made sure we had a beer here !
The Darling is still flooded, many roads unpassable, so much water everywhere, so green, and so many birds and wildlife. Amazing!!

Wentworth - where the Murray meets the Darling!

Paddlesteamer Ruby

Just below Lock 10

Narooma Police Station C1900

Very large , ugly, non returnable,  inedible carp

Ron and His Valiant Regal that he has owned since new.

The Junction

Campsites all flooded out but found this great place near the boat ramp, just below Lock 10. Checked out the goal which had old photos of Narooma & Bermagui  Police Stations. And the biggest, oldest hardware store-  we have never seen so much junk in one shop! Sand dunes on the outskirts of town. Lots of history about paddlesteamers . We met Ron who volunteered  on the PS Ruby which had been restored beautifullly.

Kyalite

This was an amazing place on the Edward  River which is below Balranald ( Murrumbidgee River). the pub was just across the river - so convenient! Took the tinny out to catch fish but no luck. Just lots of beautiful river gums to check out.
